Dr. Sela is originally from Haifa, Israel. He attended Technion-Israel Institute of Technology/The Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine in Haifa, Israel where he received his MD degree in 1984. He completed his fellowship training at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.
