Executive Leadership Team

Hailee Long joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in August of 2019. Hailee has an extensive background in healthcare and has a proven track record in boosting organizational profitability, leading organizations through periods of intense growth, performance, and image. As an executive, she has helped organizations grow quickly while operating them to reach their optimal performance. Hailee holds previous roles as Chief Operating Officer of Balboa United, Group Regional Director of Lifeline Vascular, and Executive Director of Operations and Marketing for Lifestyle Lift.

Hailee holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and her Master of Business Administration.

In addition to her role at KSOSN, Hailee loves to read, enjoys fitness, and cooking.

Bette Schnur joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada in March of 1995. Bette has lived in Las Vegas since 1966. She completed her schooling from Bishop Gorman High School and UC Berkeley.

Bette is interested in traveling, Hawaiian culture, and history. She enjoys cross stitch and any activity that involves water.

Alex Farfan joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in July of 2021. Alex has extensive background in Healthcare Administration.

Alex retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. After retirement, Alex spent 2 years as a Facility Administrator for DaVita. Alex earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.

In addition, Alex loves to golf, cook, and travel.

Alvia Westgarth joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada in 2006. Alvia has extensive background in Healthcare Administration. Alvia believes in simplicity in life and in work- Focus on what is important, and success reveals itself.

In addition to her role at KSOSN, Alvia loves to travel, enjoys camping, concerts, and sporting events.

Chantal Lugo joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in November of 2019. Chantal has an extensive background in healthcare and has a proven track record in Human Resources. As an executive, she has helped organizations grow quickly while operating them to reach their optimal performance. Chantal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, gaming, publishing, non-profit and real estate industries. Other than English, she also can speak Spanish.

Chantal holds her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from UNLV, and her Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

In addition to her role at KSOSN, Chantal loves to have Sunday Brunch at a different location every Sunday, wine tasting, family game night, watching Star Wars, Marvel and DC movies, cooking traditional Puerto Rican dishes, and spending long days at the pool.

Erica Goodin joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in May of 2021.

Erica Goodin has extensive background in patient care.

She previously worked in New Mexico with a Foot and ankle surgeon, where she assisted with pre and post-op care, during her schooling she also worked as a caregiver and assisted patients during the end-stage of Alzheimer’s disease.

Erica attended Concorde Career College-Medical Assistant program and also served 4 years in the US Air Force. In addition, Erica Goodin loves to do morning book club, go camping with her family, gardening (although not very successful) and loves to try new recipes.

Tommy Ahsan joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in November of 2021. He has an extensive background in data analysis and organizational behavior.

Tommy was previously the Director of Analytics at Silver State ACO.

He graduated with a master’s in management from Duke University, while also completing his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Miami. Tommy is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University.

Tommy is an avid mixed martial arts fan and practices jiu jitsu. He lives with his wife and 3 dogs in Summerlin.

Shanarae Lux joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s Executive Team in August of 2021.

Shanarae has 15 plus years in leadership in fast paced environments and striving for guest/patient satisfaction.  Shanarae has an extensive background with insurance and billing.  She holds her certification in Medical Billing and Coding.

In addition, Shanarae loves to spend time with her family, learn new recipes, football, and music.  She continues to open her mind to new ideas and hobbies.

Kelley Martinez joined Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada’s executive team in April of 2022.

Kelley has 15+ years of supervisory experience in customer service and patient care environments. Kelley is also a kidney donor and has a personal interest in nephrology.

In addition to her role at KSOSN, Kelley loves to spend time with her family, read books, and buy new plants.
